Teodoro De Regibus was born in Italy and grew up in The UK and in 2012 moved back to Italy and now travels around the world. He Loves to cook, although a beginner he tries his best to make mouth watering food. Teodoro De Regibus tries too pick up local recipes wherever he goes.

As well as cooking he loves to read non fiction books, snowboarding, fishing and relaxing and writing poems.

He has travelled the world and has visited over 55 countries and always tries to find an authentic recipe to share. He is a simple person with a love of nature and wildlife and loves the outdoors and camping.

One of the things he has tried his hand at is writing a book, but no matter how hard he tried the words just didn’t flow, try and try again they say, so his quest in still going on.
